论现代地勘单位的人才机制建设 被引量:2

On Talent Mechanism Building in Modern Geological Exploration Units

摘要 随着地质找矿工作的强劲势态和地矿市场的激烈竞争,地勘人才的供需矛盾日益突出,表现为:人才断档、技术人员数量少、具有较高素质的专家型人才更少,另外技术人员收入偏低、权益难以保障等原因也会造成人才流失。针对地勘单位的人才现状及存在的问题,认为地勘单位有必要建立人才开发与管理的相关机制,如面广层深的人才引进机制、有效的激励机制,科学的用人机制、有效的留人机制、合理的考核机制及建立育"材"成才制度等,并从实际出发,结合调研资料提出了人才机制建设的策略和方法。 Along with driving tendency of search for minerals and severe competition in geological exploration and mineral market, the contradiction of supply and demand for geological exploration talents is bulging out increasingly. It appears as: talents out of stock, lack of technical personnel especially higher quality specialists, besides, lower income of technical personnel, hard to guarantee their rights and interests also caused the outflow of talents. In allusion to geological exploration units talent status quo and existing problems, considered that corresponding mechanisms of talent development and management have to be established, such as broad and deep talent introducing mechanism, effective activating mechanism, scientific staffing mechanism effective personnel retaining mechanism, rational assessment mechanism and establish a professional training and talent cultivation system. Based on reality, combined with investigating and surveying, and finally put forward talent mechanism construction strategy and methodology.
