摘要
介绍了L298N芯片的特点和工作原理,提出了基于L298N芯片设计电机PWM控制系统的方法,设计出了电机调速系统电路图,重点研究了基于MCS-51单片机用软件产生PWM信号的途径,并讨论了一种独特的通过采用计数法加软件延时法实现PWM信号占空比调节的方法。运行试验表明,系统工作稳定可靠,满足直流电动机的调速要求。
The characteristic and principle of the L298N has been introduced in this paper, and it proposed the design plan of motor PWM control system based on L298N, designed the motor speed regulation system circuit. And it emphasizes on the way for carrying out PWM signals based on MCS-51 software, and this paper still provides a method of DC-motor speed regulation by way of taking count of data and time delay by software. Experience proved that the system have high stability, it can meet the needs of DC motor regulation.
