茶水对萌发麦芽抗水溶性香烟烟雾的影响 被引量:2

摘要 通过对萌发小麦芽的处理,研究茶的水溶液提取物对香烟烟雾水溶性成分的作用。试验选择萌发小麦种子180粒,长势均匀,随机分为6个处理组,每个处理3个重复,每重复10粒。对照组(Ⅵ)为香烟烟雾水溶液,试验组Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ、Ⅳ和Ⅴ分别添加干茶0.3125 mg/mL、0.625 mg/mL、1.25 mg/mL、2.5 mg/mL和5 mg/mL,24 h后,观测不同时间小麦芽的萌发情况。结果表明,茶水提取物能缓解香烟烟雾水溶性成分对小麦芽的毒害作用。 The objective of this research was to study impact of water extract of tea on wheat shoot against water--solubility tobacco smoke. 180 budding seeds of uniformity were randomly assigned to six groups, with three replications per group. The control was provided with water--solubility tobacco smoke. Treatments were respectively added 31.25mg, 62.5mg, 125mg, 250mg and 500mg dry tea per 0.1 liter for 24 hours to observed wheat shoot growth results in every 24 hours. Results showed toxic effects of water--solubility tobacco smoke on wheat shoot was decreased by water extract of tea.
