多级散式流态化精密分级塔分级模型的研究

摘要 多级散式流态化精密分级塔是一种新型的气固分级设备,它以流态化和精馏原理为设计基础,并在实验中取得了较好的分级效果。针对分级塔的特点,以理论公式和经验公式为基础,结合实验结果,以划分区域的方法(8μm以下颗粒为一区域,以上为一区域),建立了分级塔内颗粒的分级效率数学模型。公式计算结果与实验结果的比较表明,该分级模型基本反映了新型多级流态化精密分级塔中超细颗粒实现分级的实际情况。 The multilevel fluidization classification tower is a new type of classification equipment, based on theories of fluidization and distillation. It is demonstrated that the classification tower has an ideal classification capability from experiment. The model of grade efficiency in the tower is deduced by mathematical formula and experimental formula. Grade efficiency are been disparted into two portion (the region of particles under 8μm is a individual portion, also the region of particles above 8μm is a individual portion), based on this theory. The result shows that the experimental value of efficiency agrees with value calculation.
