摘要
用碱催化阴离子聚合工艺制备了尼龙12微球,讨论了稳定剂用量、聚合温度、成核剂用量、活化剂用量等因素对其粒径的影响,并研究了阴离子分散聚合工艺下尼龙12微球的成长过程。
Spherical nylon 12 powders were prepared with Alkali-catalyzed anionic polymerization process,and some factors were investigated,which affect the size and size distribution,such as the concentration of stabilizer,nucleating agent and activator,polymerization temperature.More over,the progress of growth of nylon 12 powders was investigated.
