鼻腔及副鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Inverted Papilloma of Nasal Cavity and Nasal Sinuses

目的:探讨鼻腔及副鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的CT诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾分析19例经手术病理证实的鼻腔及副鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的CT检查资料。结果:本组19例鼻腔及副鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤基底部均位于中鼻道,仅位于鼻腔者4例,累及邻近副鼻窦者15例,其中1例侵及眶后间隙。肿瘤表现为略高密度软组织肿块,呈不规则结节状,匍行性生长,骨质改变以骨质破坏多见。15例患者进行随访,5例患者再次复发。结论:鼻腔及副鼻窦内翻性乳头状瘤的CT表现具有一定的特点,CT除能够对其进行较准确诊断外,还可明确判断肿瘤的解剖位置及其与邻近解剖结构的毗临关系。

Purpose： To evaluate the value of CT in diagnosis of inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and nasal sinuses. Materials and Methods： The CT findings of 19 case with inverted papilloma of nasal cavity and nasal sinuse confirmed by surgery and pathology were ananlyzed retrospectively. Results： This group of 19 eases of nasal cavity and paranasal sinuses inverted papilloma at the bottom of the base are located in the nose, only 4 eases were located in the nasal eavity, paranasal sinuses are involved close to 15 cases, of whieh one cases of invasion and orbital space. The tumor showed a slightly higher density of soft tissue mass, irregular nodular, creeping line growth, bone changes found in bone destruction. 15 eases of patients with follow-up, 5 patients relapse again. Conclusion： The nasal cavity and the paxanasal sinus turns the papilloma CT performanee to have certain characteristic, CT besides can carry on the accurate diagnosis to it, but may also be clear about the judgment tumor the diaseetion position and with neighbor dissection structure adjoining near the relations.
