低场强磁共振成像对脊髓栓系综合症的诊断价值 被引量:2

摘要 目的:探讨低场强磁共振成像对脊髓栓系综合症(TCS)的MRI特征及诊断价值。材料与方法:回顾性分析经低场强MRI诊断为脊髓栓系综合症(TCS)的患者10例,对其MRI影像学特征、临床表现和相关资料进行分析。结果:10例(TCS)中,脊髓低位8例、脊髓位置正常2例;马尾神经丛明显被栓系或固定于椎管内3例,其中2例脊髓圆锥部低于腰5平面,并终池扩大;椎管内脂肪瘤2例、椎管内皮样囊肿1例、终丝增粗1例、脊髓纵裂1例、脊髓及脊膜脂肪膨出1例、隐形脊柱裂2例、腰骶部皮毛窦1例。结论:低场强磁共振成像可以明确诊断脊髓栓系综合症(TCS)及其1并发的其他先天性畸形,基本可以满足临床对脊髓栓系综合症(TCS)诊断需求,并为临床制定治疗方案提供帮助。 Purpose: To explore the features of Lower MR/in TCS, and study the relationship between the diagnostic value of Lower MR/and clinical symptoms. Materials and Methods: Lower MR/appearance, clinical features and surgical finding from 10 cases of TCS which proved by surgery and pathology were analyzed respectively. Results: Lower level spinal cord were found in 8 of all cases. Normal level in 2 ; Cauda plexus was fixed in spinal canal in 3 ; In 2 cases of which spinal cone was lower than fifth lumbar, with earger terminal cistern; 2 cases were with intradurallipoma, 1 with intradura dermoid cyst, 1 with thick spinal filament, 1 longitudinal crack, 1 adipose ectasia, 2 invisible crack, 1 dermal sinus in lumbar and sacral. Conclusion: Lower MR/examination is of important value in the diagnosis of TCS, which can nicely reveal the position and the shape of spinal cord conus, Lower MR/can also show the TCS associated malformation and provide the depemdable basis for clinical therapy.
