摘要
在原有玻璃纤维织物阻燃涂层研究的基础上,进一步开展涂层材料配方的研究。通过理论分析、性能研究确定甲基乙烯基硅橡胶为涂层主体,并通过实验研制成功玻纤织物阻燃涂层配方。在配方中确定采用双溶剂并重点研究了阻燃剂的配方、用量及阻燃性能评价。
Base on the previous research of flame retadant coating for fiberglass fabrics, the coating formulation has been further investigated. After theoretic analysis and performance study, methyl vinyl silicon rubber was selected as the main constituent of the coating, and the entire formulation of flame retardant coating was worked out through experiment. For this formulation, dual solvents were used, and the composition, dosage and performance of the flame retardant were particularly studied and evaluated.
