为了满足采光板的性能要求,对采光板专用玻璃纤维增强型浸润剂进行配方设计,对于如何选用成膜剂、润滑剂、抗静电剂等进行总结。评价了不同配方浸润剂的各项性能以及拉制原丝并制成玻璃钢的性能。并介绍了一种新型的采光板用玻璃纤维增强型浸润剂配方组成以及配方试验的结果。

To meet the performance requirements of lighting sheets, the formulas of glass fiber size dedicated for lighting sheets has been designed. In this paper, the selection of film-former, lubricant, antistat, etc. is summarized, the properties of glass fiber sizes of different formulas and those of the glass strands and GRP made therefrom are evaluated, and the composition of a new glass fiber size for lighting sheets and its test results are presented.
