Coloring Technics of Unglazed Ceramic Tiles

介绍了一种无釉瓷砖的着色工艺。用颜料、增粘剂和水调制适宜粘度的悬浮色剂,涂以素坯表面烧成,进行显色。采用这样的工艺对无釉砖着色,在获得良好着色效果的同时,减少颜料用量,从而达到降低原材料成本的目的。

One kind of unglazed ceramic tile rendering process was introduced. Suitable viscosity suspension agent was modulated with pigment, tackifier and water, and then coated on green body surface and fired. Adoption of such technology on unglazed brick coloring, will obtain good coloring effect, at the same time reduce paint usage, resulting in lower raw material costs.
