摘要
介绍了应用逆向工程技术结合三维加工软件修复模具的工作流程。使用美国谢菲尔德机械式三维坐标测量仪,测出待修模具的点云并对其进行处理,利用其自带软件的曲面造型功能,构造出模具三维模型,再用M as-terCAM软件的加工模块完成模具的修复工作。逆向工程技术的应用极大地提高了模具制造精度,缩短了产品生产周期,提高了企业在市场上的竟争力,尤其在产品缺乏原始资料的情况下,其优势更是显而易见。
Combining reverse engineering technology with three - dimensional machining software, the research process of mould repairing is introduced in this paper. Using sheffield mechanical coordinate measurement machine made in the United States gets mould point clouds,and those point clouds are treated by software. Using its own software for surface modeling fea- tures, three - dimensional mold are constraeted. Using MasterCAM software, the work of repairing the mould is completed signiticanfly. Using reverse engineering technology greatly, the precision in mould manufacturing is improved, the research cycle of the products is shortened and the competitive power of the corporation in the market is improved. In case of the lack of raw data of the product its advantages are obvious.
