摘要
以实际项目为背景,介绍了真空树脂灌注机的开放式控制系统。主要以工业控制计算机和DMC1000运动控制卡、PC I-2300多功能数据采集卡等为基础构建系统硬件平台。以面向对象的程序设计语言V isual C++6.0作为软件开发平台,经现场实际运行表明,该系统能满足设备实时控制的要求,为企业创造了经济效益。
In the paper, open control system of VCD -100G vacuum resin dosing equipment based on the actual project item is introduced. The design and implementation methods of the hardware and software in details based on industrial computer, PCI - 2300 multi - function data acquisition card in the hardware and Visual C ＋ ＋ 6.0 in the software are also described. It was shown from the field practical production that the system could satisfy the real - time control conditions, has created more economic benefits for the enterprise.
