摘要
提出了一种用激光脉冲测距技术实现大型回转类零件尺寸误差的在线测量方法。对激光传感器的测量原理和测量过程进行了分析,给出了硬件结构图和软件流程图。
One on - line measurement method of size error for large - sized shaft parts is proposed using the laser ranging technology in this paper. The measuring principle and the measuring process of laser sensor is analyzed. Then, hardware composition and software flow diagram is given.
