摘要
应用环锯法治疗脊髓型颈准病7例14个椎间隙,采用EH型复合材料人工骨圆柱体代替髂骨移植。术后3~4年5个月X线随访检查发现EH型复合材料圆柱体能有效地恢复和维持椎间隙的高度。术后3个月植入椎间隙已基本达到骨性融合。
Fourteen intervertebral spaces in 7 cases of cervical spondylitic myelopathy were treated with trephination. The cylinders of EH composite material artificial bone were used as a bone graft instead of iliac bone after decompression. Post - operative follow - up period ranged from 3 yesrs to 4 yesrs and 5 months, averaged 3 years and 11 months. The radiological examination showed that the height of intervertebral space could be recovered and sustained effectively by the cylinders. The intervertebral spaces implanted by the cylinders all gained preliminary bony fusion in 3 minths post - operatively. (P. 1004)
