摘要
主要根据某电厂锅炉集箱实际情况,采用PRO/E软件建立了锅炉集箱开孔接管部位的三维模型,进行了电厂锅炉集箱常用材料12Cr1MoVg的常温和高温拉伸试验,分析了集箱的受力情况,以及锅炉集箱开孔接管部位的1/4三维模型的热应力,得到了其最大应力的分布规律,指出了集箱裂纹产生的原因和位置及其发展趋势.
Based on the practical situation of the steam header of boiler in a power plant, a 3D model of the opening tubing connection of steam header of boiler is built by using software of PRO/ E, and extending experiment at room temperature and at high temperature for 12Crl MoVg is carried out. Pressure situation of the steam header is analyzed. In order to obtain the maximal stress distribution of the opening tubing connection of steam header, thermal stress analysis for the 1/4 of 3 D model of the opening tubing connection of steam header is calculated by FEM. Then the causes for cracks, the position and spreading trends of cracks are discussed.
