摘要
预应力钢丝缠绕机架采用不同的梁结构,梁上的应力分布情况不同,从而影响机架的整体性能。本文分析对比了现有几种梁结构的优缺点,提出了一种内凹型梁。此种梁结构简单,可加工性能好;梁底面可作为其他部件的安装面,有效利用了空间,降低了机架的整体高度;调整梁的内凹深度可调整梁上的应力,改善其受力情况,减小底面的变形。文中采用纤维法建立了梁内凹深度和底面应力的关系,提供了优化设计梁结构尺寸以获得低拉应力梁的依据。采用内凹型梁的预应力钢丝缠绕机架已在25MN自由锻/快锻液压机上应用。
The stress in a semicircular beam depends on its structure and will affect the performance of the whole pro-stressed wire-wound frame. The stress at the bottom center of beam with variant shapes has been analyzed and compared. A novel concave-shaped semicircular beam has been proposed in the text, which can lower the tensile stress in the beam, shorten the total height of the frame and make beam's machining easier. The relationship between the concave depth and the stress at the bottom center has been presented by elastic mechanical analysis, from which the stress at the bottom can be optimized by adjusting the concave depth. The pre-stressed steel wire-wound frame with concave-shaped semicircular beams has been applied on a 25MN open-die/fast forging hydraulic press.
