摘要
设计了适用于普通压力机的精冲模,采用自制液压模架,以压料板进行平面压边精冲。精冲模以连续自动方式送料,生产效率高。介绍了平面压边精冲工艺方法、精冲对材料要求、冲裁力计算方法、对压力机的要求、凸模凹模刃口尺寸计算及刃口圆角的参数、影响精冲件尺寸及光亮带的因素。介绍了液压模架,以普通压力机和液压模架,替代精冲压力机,取得了很好的技术经济效果。对导向板精冲模的结构进行了剖析,介绍了主要模具结构及零件设计制造经验。
The fine blanking die in common press has been used on self-made hydraulic die carrier to press the side of the plate. The side-pressing fine blanking technique, the demand of material and press, and the factors which influence the fine blanking have been introduced as well as the calculation of blanking force and die edge dimension& angle. The hydraulic die holder has been illustrated. The combination of common press and hydraulic die holder has replaced the fine blanking press, which obtains more economic benefit. The die structure and experience in part manufacture have been put forward.
