摘要
弯曲工艺中,影响弯曲回弹角的因素很多,难以建立准确的弯曲回弹预测模型。本文对模糊聚类算法及弯曲回弹问题进行了系统分析,采用基于FCM模糊聚类算法和统计学理论相结合的方法,构建了V形件的弯曲回弹预测模型。模型构建过程简洁,能够很好地从样本数据中提取潜在的弯曲回弹工艺知识。
Based on the systematic analysis of fuzzy clustering algorithm and bending springback issue, the bending springback prediction model of a V-shaped piece has been established in the text. The building process of the model is simple, which can extract the potential bending process knowledge from a large number of samples.
