农民专业合作组织建立中政府行为过界的成因及治理

农民专业合作组织的发展离不开政府的支持，但如果政府的行为过界也可能阻碍合作社的发展。本文从政府官员和农户两方面分析了在合作组织建立中政府行为过界的成因，并提出治理。

Farmer＇s cooperatives can＇t develop without the support of the government, but excessive interventions of government＇s actions may hamper their development. This paper try to examine this question from two perspectives, one government officials, the other farmers, and then give proposals.
