基于USB的电阻点焊数据采集系统设计

摘要 以电阻点焊质量在线监控为目的,对点焊过程中的重要信号参数进行采集和预处理,研制基于ADμC812为核心的高速、高精度、多通道的点焊信号同步数据采集系统,该系统利用集成化的USB接口、RS232串口模块,可在线调试参数特性,满足与上位机的高速通信,能够完成对电阻点焊机的输入电压和电流、输出电压和电流、电极位移等信号的高速采集及预处理. For on-line monitoring and controlling the quality of resistance spot welding, the important signal parameters of the resistance spot welding were collected and pretreated. A synchronous data collecting system with high speed, high precision and multichannel was developed based on ADμC812. This system used integrated USB interface and RS232 serial communications module to implement high-speed communications with the upper computer, So that the high-speed gathering of the signals such as the input of voltage and current, output of them, and electrode displacement could be completed.
