摘要
本文回顾和评论中国农村养老保障制度的变迁，指出中国养老保障制度的发展分三个阶段，总结了每一次变迁的基本状况和特点，为农村养老保障制度的进一步发展提供理论依据。
The paper is designed to review the historical changes and evolution of the Rural Elder Security. It points out that the System can be divided into three historical stages and makes a summary about its basic situations and characteristics, which provides the theoretical arguments for further exploration on the System.
