摘要
分析液压系统橡胶密封件失效的原因,采用模糊综合评价法对密封件的失效可能性和失效后果做出等级评定,根据风险矩阵评价密封件的风险等级大小,对风险等级不同的密封件进行分类处理.以液压系统中一橡胶O形圈为例对上述评价方法进行具体介绍,结果表明该密封件处于低风险区,可延长其使用寿命,为提高橡胶密封件的使用寿命提供科学依据.
The origin of rubber sealing failure in the hydraulic system was analyzed and the failure possibility and consequence were assessed in their level with fuzzy comprehensive assessment method. Based on the risk matrix, the risk level of the sealing was assessed and risk gradation of sealing with different risk level was conducted. By taking a rubbery Oring of hydraulic system, as example of above-mentioned assessment method, the assessment process was introduced in the concrete. The result showed that this rubber sealing was at low-risk range and its service life could be elongated, providing a scientific basis to verify that the operational life span of rubber sealing was guaranteed.
