肿瘤细胞死亡调控及其信号转导 被引量:2

摘要 肿瘤细胞的存活与死亡平衡是肿瘤研究和临床治疗的关键问题。本文就细胞死亡机制和有关的两个信号转导系统(NF-κB,MAKP)中一些分子的作用及其两者之间的关系进行了综述。
