摘要 对水剂法提取山核桃油的工艺条件进行了试验,结果表明,液料比为1.2-1.4mL/g,兑水温度大于70℃,兑水pH值为5.0-6.0时,山核桃的出油率较高;在单因素试验的基础上,用正交试验进行了工艺参数优化,其适合工艺条件为:液料比为1.4mL/g,兑水温度70℃,兑水pH值6.0,在该提取条件下,山核桃油的提取率为79.41%。 The aqueous extracting technology of carya kernel oil was studied in this paper. The results showed the extractionrate was higher when the ratio of solution/material (v/w) was 1.2-1.4 mL/g,temperature was higher than 70 ℃ and pH 5.0-6.0. On basis of single factor experiment, the orthogonal trial was used in optimization of technological parameters, thefeasible technological conditions were 1.4 mL/g (v/w),70 ℃ and pH 6.0,under these conditions,the extraction rate couldbe reached to 79.41%.
