复元口服液对大肠癌术后化疗50例疗效观察——附单纯化疗组25例

Observation on curative effect of Fuyuan Oral Liquid on 50 cases of carcinoma of large intestine chemotherapy after the operation ——with 25 cases of chemotherapy only

将７５例大肠癌术后的患者分为２组，观察复元口服液对大肠癌术后化疗的临床疗效。治疗组５０例，采用复元口服液与化疗治疗；对照组２５例单纯化疗。结果，治疗组化疗后全身及消化道反应明显低于对照组，经统计学处理，有显著性差异（Ｐ＜０．００５）；两组治疗后外周血白细胞减少程度比较，对照组较治疗组减少严重；两组患者５年生存期比较，治疗组高于对照组（Ｐ＜０．０５）。结论，复元口服液对大肠癌术后化疗患者有提高免疫力、降低化疗后的毒副作用。

Clinical effect of Fu_Yun Oral Fluid on patients undergoing chemotherapy after operation on large intestine carcinoma has been surveyed.The 75 patients were divided into trial group (50 cases)and control group (25 cases),the former was treated with Fu_Yun Oral Fluid and chemotherapy,and the latter with chemotherapy only.The results revealed that the triac subjects showed less response in general condition and digestive tract than those of the controls,the difference being significant(P<0.005).As compared with the decrease in peripheral WBC between these groups,the controls suffered immensely greater loss.When it came to the comparison of five-year life rate,the trials were noted higher(P<0.005),The studies suggest that Fu_Yun Oral Fluid strengthens the patients' immunocompetence,decreases toxic and adverse effects of the chemotherapy,sustains a longer lifespan and improves quality living.
