纳米氧化铈对纳米晶硬质合金组织性能的影响 被引量:2

摘要 本文通过对比试验,研究了加入与未加入纳米CeO2的纳米晶WC-10%Co硬质合金的微观组织结构和性能(硬度、弹性系数、断裂韧性和耐磨性等),对纳米CeO2的作用机理进行了进一步的探讨。研究结果表明,纳米晶硬质合金在烧结制备过程中晶粒容易长大并容易生成缺碳相,而纳米CeO2的加入不但可以抑制硬质合金中碳化钨晶粒的不均匀长大,使烧结后硬质合金中的晶粒度明显减小,同时还可以显著抑制缺碳相的产生,从而大幅度提高纳米晶硬质合金的综合性能。 In this paper, the microstructures and properties (hardness, elastic modulus, fracture toughhess,wear resistance etc. ) of nanoerystaUine WC-10% Co hardmetal with or without nanoscale CeO2 are studied by comparative trial. The mechanism of nanoscale CeO2 in the WC-10% Co hardmetal is farther discussed. The results indicate that grains of nanocrystaUine hardmetal are very easy to grow and to form carbon-poor phase during sintering. However, adding nanoscale CeO2 it can not only restrain heterogene- ous growth of WC grain in hardmetal, and evidendy decrease the grain size in hardmetal after sintering, but also remarkably hate the formation of carbon-poor phase, so as to improve combinative properties of the nanoscale WC-10% Co hardmetal.
