激光重熔对TiAl合金表面等离子喷涂热障涂层耐热腐蚀性能的影响 被引量:3

摘要 分别采用等离子喷涂和等离子喷涂-激光重熔复合工艺在TiA l合金表面制备了热障涂层,研究了两种涂层在850℃下75%Na2SO4+25%NaC l(质量分数)熔融盐中的热腐蚀行为,进而分析激光重熔工艺对等离子喷涂热障涂层耐热腐蚀性能的影响。结果表明:激光重熔热障涂层可以有效地阻止熔融盐腐蚀介质进入涂层发生腐蚀,具有更优的抗热腐蚀性能和使用寿命。 Thermal barrier coating (TBCs) is respectively prepared by the technology of plasma-spraying and the compound process of plasma-spraying and lasser remelting in the surface of TiAl alloy. The hot corrosive behaviour of hoth coatings is inverstigated in melting salt (75% Na2SO4 + 25 % NaCl) at 850℃. The effect of lasser-remelting technology on the hot corrosion resistance of plasma-sprayed TBCs is analysed. The result shows that the corrosive medium in melting salt can effectively be prevanted by lasser remelting TBCs from entering coating to corrode it. The TBCs has better hot corrosion resistance and longer service life.
