摘要 本文就热处理车间淬火油着火及气体爆炸原因进行了分析,认为油槽中淬火工件过多、淬火油中进水超标及淬火油循环不良等是导致淬火油产生着火的主要原因;可控气氛炉及其配套系统、操作等出现安全问题是引发可燃气体发生爆炸的主要原因。同时,提出了改进措施。 The reason on quenching oil firing and gases exploding in heat treatment workshop are anatyed in this paper. It is realized that the main reason leading to quenching oil firing is the too much quenching parts in quenching oil tank, excessive water in quenching oil and poor circulating of quenching oil. The main reason causing combustible gases exploding is the security issue for controUable atmosphere furnace and its ancillary system and operating etc. At the same time, the improvement measures are also put forward.
