摘要
阐述了节能减排渗氮催渗技术的原理及工艺流程,对比了与常规工艺的能耗情况,指出了该技术达到的技术指标及节能情况,进一步说明了可取得的经济效益和社会效益。
The principle and technological process of nitriding with catalyst for saving energy and elimina- ting contamination are represented in this paper. The energy consumption of nitriding with and without catalyst is compared. The technical targets and saving condition of nitriding with catalyst are given. Economic benefits and social benefits that can be obtained are further illustrated.
