酷似垂体瘤卒中的非霍奇金淋巴瘤1例报告并文献复习

Non-Hodgin’s lymphoma mimicking pituitary apoplexy: a case report and literature review

目的报道1例酷似垂体瘤卒中的非霍奇金淋巴瘤,结合文献复习加深对此病及对于酷似垂体瘤卒中的各种鞍区病变的认识。方法66岁男性患者,术前临床表现及神经影像学提示垂体瘤卒中,行内镜经鼻蝶入路肿瘤切除术及双侧眼睑肿物切除术。结果病理报告鞍区及双眼睑肿物为非霍奇金淋巴瘤。结论鞍区淋巴瘤临床及影像学表现酷似垂体卒中而难以鉴别。临床资料指向垂体瘤卒中的病例,要考虑淋巴瘤的可能。

Objective To report one case of Non-Hodgin＇s lymphoma which mimicks pituitary apoplexy and review the relevant literature. Methods 66-year-old male had sudden onset of headache, vomiting and oculomotor nerve paralysis. CT and MRI demonstrated the presentations of pituitary apoplexy.The patient underwent transsphenoidal surgery for presumed pituitary apoplexy. Results Intraoperative and histopathological findings were consistent with Non-Hodgin ＇s lymphoma. Conclusions The clinical and imaging features of sella Non-Hodgin＇s lymphoma can have similar presentation to that of hemorrhagic pituitary tumors, making it indistinguishable from pituitary apoplexy.
