摘要
针对工业控制过程中普遍存在的大惯性、纯滞后、非线性对象的控制问题,为求达到较好的调节效果,介绍一种较为实用的单片机模糊控制器。该控制器以AT89C55WDH为核心,外围采用ICL7135完成数模转换;通过光耦输出脉宽调制(PWM)信号,整流后形成标准信号,控制执行机构。样机采用全数字方式实现,具有测量精度高、控制速度快、实用性强等特点。控制程序采用一种实用的引入积分型模糊控制算法,弥补了常规模糊控制器的不足。控制参数可存储在AT93C66中,可现场调试整定参数,其应用具有普遍性。
In industrial control process, many problems as great inertial, large latency and nonlinear system. To achieve a fine control effect, a practical fuzzy controller with single chip microcomputer is introduced. The core of controller is AT89C55WDH, the peripheral are ICL7135 which is used as AD inverter, and light digital isolator which is used as output signal, after rectifying to control electric operator. It is of high precision, quick controlled speed and good practicability. It employs a practicability fuzzy algorithm with integrate control, which is offset the lack of common fuzzy algorithm. The control parameters are stored in AT93C66 ,which can be rectified at locale,and can be applied universally.
