根据桂林气象短信客服平台多年的工作实践,归类总结气象短信用户投诉的原因,提出相应的处理解决方法,总结如何有效的与用户交流。
According to the working experiences on mobile message service on weather forecast, the reasons of customers' complaints were generalize, several corresponding solutions were given to communicate with our customers effectively.
