试论我国法治社会建设的进步

On China's Progress in Building A Society Ruled by Law

建国以来,我国法治社会建设取得了进步,具体表现:第一,公民由"臣民意识"向"公民意识"转变;第二,党从"革命党"向"执政党"转变;第三,国家由"集权政治"向"民主政治"转变;第四,经济由"官本经济"向"民本经济"转变;第五,文化由"单一文化"向"多元文化"转变。

Since the establishment of People＇s Republic of China, ruling by law has achieved great progress in China. It can be seen from the following perspectives： First, There begins a shift from subjectship to citizenship; Second, the party begins a shift from ＂the revolutionary party＂ to ＂the Ruling Party＂; Third, the political system begins a shift from centralized system to democratic system; Fourth, the economic system begins a shift from government command economy to people oriented economy; Fifth, the cultural system begins a shift form monoculture to multiple culture
