Promoting the Cultural Soft Power-An Inevitable Approach in Building up Metropolitan-regional City

城市文化是一座城市的灵魂,一座缺少文化底蕴的城市是没有感召力和影响力的。因此,除增强经济硬实力外,还要增强城市文化的软实力。本文从三个方面就此问题提出了作者的建议和意见。

Culture is the soul of a city, the absence of cultural details equals to the absence of appeal and influence. There, fore, in addition to the strengthening of economic hard power, it is necessary to promote the cultural soft power of a city. This paper puts forward ideas and suggestions from three perspeetives.
