摘要
介绍了矿用圆环链用钢25MnV的试制过程,包括成分设计、生产工艺控制及热处理工艺研究。指出在成分设计中,应严格控制碳含量;并且优化热处理工艺,保证热处理后满足各项性能指标。热处理后的正常组织为回火索氏体或回火屈氏体,不允许出现马氏体组织等异常组织。从发展趋势来看,25MnV以其低成本优势将取代部分Mn-Cr-Ni-Mo系钢,用于制作高强度矿用C级圆环链。
The trial of 25MnV ring chain for mining is introduced in this paper, including the design of the compo- nents, the control of producing process and research of process. It points out that carbon content should be tightly controlled in the design of the composition ; and optimizing heat treatment process, which is in order to meet the performance indicators after heat treatment. Normal microstructure after heat treatment is tempering sorbite or troostite, and abnormal microstructure is not allowed to appear, for example, the martensite microstructure. In terms of development trends, 25MnV ring chain, which is having low - cost advantage will replace a part of Mn - Cr - Ni - Mo steel in the grade C high - intensity ring chain for mining.
