改善高强度船板断口性能的试验研究

摘要 通过对高强度船板拉伸断口分层的检测分析,认为断口分层的主要原因是板厚中心存在严重的偏析现象和马氏体、贝氏体组织,影响心部组织性能。为改善断口形貌提高高强船板的正检合格率,试验研究降低锰含量以减小钢板中心锰的偏析,严格控制生产工艺在保证力学性能的条件下提高高强度船板的断口合格率。 The paper introduces that the layered fracture is mainly caused by heavy centre segregation and martensite and bainite in high strength ship plate and influences centre structre property, which is detected and analyzed for layered fracture occurring during tensile test of high strength ship plate. In order to improve the rate of positive test of the high strength ship plate, the fracture appearance is ameliorated through decreasing the manganese content in steel to reduce centre segregation. At the same time, production processing is strictly controlled to guarantee mechanical property of material under the condition of improving the percent pass of fracture.
