彩色多普勒血流显像对阴囊内疾病的诊断价值

The value of color doppler ultrasound in the diagnosis of scrotal and testicle diseases

应用彩色多普勒血流显像（CDFI）对46例阴囊内疾病患者进行了检测，分析了其超声表现，并与临床及手术所见相对照，结果CDFI总符合率为95．7％。认为CDFI在明囊内疾病的诊断与鉴别诊断中具有独到之处，可作为首选的检查方法。

46 patients with scrotal and testicle diseases were studied by color doppler flowimaging (CDFI). The ultrasonographic manifestations of the diseases were analysed,and comparedwith the clinic and the findings of surgery. The results showed that the total coincidence rate ofCDFI was 95. 7%. We believe that CDFI plays an unique role in the diagnosis and differential diagnosis of scrotal and testicle diseases and is the first choice for diagnosis of these diseases.
