通道法TURP治疗高危前列腺增生疗效观察

Tunnel method of transurethral resection of the prostate in the treatment of high risk patients with benign prostatic hyperplasia

为探讨高危前列腺增生症（BPH）患者的治疗方法，采用通道法TURP治疗高危BPH患者20例，术中平整切除梗阻的前列腺组织，形成排尿通道；对估计需切除较多腺体组织才能解除梗阻者，预先在前列腺中血好发部位注射组织凝固剂，以减少出血。结果术后排尿通畅，随访6～12个月，国际前列腺症状评分由术前30．5±3．1分降为8．3±2．8分，生活质量评分由术前4．5±0．9分降为1．5±0．8分。认为本法安全有效，是治疗高危BPH的治疗措施。

20 cases of high risk BPH patients were treated with tunnel method of innes tissueof the prostate gland and creating a smoothe tunnel through the obstruction. In case wides resectionof the prostatic tissue was needed to relieve the obstructin coagulant agent was injected befarehandin the sites where excessive bledding was likely to occur. This procedure could reduce hemarrhageand shorten the time of operation. Our experience indicated that during surgical interuention in highrisk BPH patients suitable method and procedure could help the patients safely tide over the operation and get prompt relief of urination obstruction.
