摘要
针对首钢京唐公司2250mm热轧精轧机换辊装置移动轨道行程不能满足磨辊问天车同时起吊上下工作辊的问题,分析了原设计产生该问题的原因,通过对可能采取的修改方案进行技术和经济分析比较,得出了最优方案。
Because of the short journey problem of traversing track of the working-roll changing device of finishing mill in 2250 mm hot rolling plant of Shougang Jingtang United Iron & Steel Co., Ltd., the crane cannot suspend both the up and down working rolls at the same time in the grinding shop. The causes by original design to this problem are analyzed. After comparing the possible amending scenarios in aspects of technology and economy, the most proper scenario is examined.
