摘要
介绍了ABS系统的工作原理,分析了可靠的轮速信号对于ABS系统的意义.为了解决传统的ABS轮速采集系统中存在的问题,选择安森美公司的NCV1124集成芯片,设计了适合于单片机信号采集的限幅、放大、滤波以及整形电路,改进了基于频率法的轮速采集处理算法,实现了全车速范围的准确测量.
This paper introduces the working principle of the ABS system, and analyzes the significance of reliable ABS wheel speed signal to the ABS system. In order to solve the problems of the traditional wheel speed acquisition system, the ON semiconductor's NCV1124 integrated Chip is chosen. The amplitude limit, filter and rectifier circuits which are suitable for the signal acquisition are designed, the wheel speed acquisition and processing algorithm basea on the frequency method is improved, and the accurate measurement of the wheel speed in the whole speed range is realized.
