On Patterns & ways of Economic Hotel Personnel Training in China

我国酒店业的多元化发展,经济型酒店的迅速崛起,需要对酒店管理专业人才进行差异化培养。目前,经济型酒店管理专业教育是我国酒店管理专业教育中的一个盲点。如何在较短时间内构架新的教学体系,科学地确立经济型酒店人才培养的新目标,已成为酒店市场的新需求,同时也是我国酒店管理专业教育面对的问题。本文结合我国经济型酒店的发展状况,对经济型酒店人才培养模式、培养途径作了探索。

With the multiplex development of hotel industry and the rapid rising of economic hotels in China, the diversities of professional management personnel training should be paid attention to, and at present it is a seotoma in China. So how to build up a new teaching system in a short period of time and how to set up the new goal of this training have beeome the new requirement for hotel market and the issue of professional hotel management edueation. This paper is to analyze the development condition of economic hotels in China, the training patterns and ways of their personnel.
