论企业工会在构建和谐劳动关系中的作用

On the Roles of Trade Union in Construction of Harmonious Labor Relationship

构建和谐的企业劳动关系,是企业可持续发展、社会和谐稳定的重要工作。构建和谐的劳动关系是新时期企业工会工作的着力点。企业工会应在参与促进、监督维护、协调沟通、激励引导以及与政府保持良好的互动等方面充分发挥作用。

It is quite important for developing sustainablly enterprise and keeping harmonious and stable society to build harmonious work rclationship in the enterprises. Aeeording to the national laws and regulations, the key function of enterprise labour union for buiding harmonious work relationship has been approached in this paper. It indicates that to build harmonious work relationship is an main job of the labour union of enterprise in the new period. The labour union should play an important role in participative management, supervisory and guaranteering, coordinating, encouragement and keeping touch closely with government.
