运动再学习及康复护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍病人功能恢复的影响

Influence of motor relearning program and rehabilitation nursing on function recovery in cerebral apoplexy patients complicating with deglutition disorders

[目的]观察运动再学习及康复护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍病人功能恢复的影响。[方法]将78例急性脑卒中吞咽障碍病人随机分为观察组和对照组,每组39例,两组病人入院后均给予常规治疗,对照组采取神经科常规护理,观察组采取运动再学习训练方法。观察并比较两组病人的康复效果。[结果]观察组总有效率为94.9%,对照组为71.8%;观察组病人吞咽功能明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。[结果]运动再学习训练方法及康复护理对脑卒中吞咽障碍病人的功能恢复有良好效果。

Objective： To observe the influence of motor relearning program （MRP） and rehabilitation nursing on recovery of function of apoplexy patients complicating with deglutition disorders. Methods： A total of 78 acute cerebral apoplexy patients complicating with deglutition disorders were randomly divid- ed into test and control group, 39 cases each. All patients were given traditional treatment after admission. Patients of control group accepted traditional nursing in neurology department. However,patients of test group were accepted motor relearning program. Then the rehabilitation effects of the two groups were observed and compared. Results： The total effective rate was 94. 9% in test group cases, and was 71.8% in control group. The deglutition function of test group patients was much better than that of control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion： The effect of motor relearning program and rehabilitation nursing is well for recovery of function in apoplexy patients complicating with deglutition disorders.
