应用国产伞封堵术介入治疗房间隔缺损的护理

Nursing care of patients with atrial septal defect accepting intervention therapy by using domestic fimbria sealing device

[目的]总结应用国产伞封堵术介入治疗房间隔缺损的护理措施。[方法]回顾性分析93例应用国产伞封堵术介入治疗房间隔缺损病人的临床资料。[结果]本组病人手术均顺利完成,治愈出院;术后并发心律失常2例,出血1例,低血糖1例,经治疗均痊愈。[结论]加强围术期护理护理是应用国产伞封堵术介入治疗房间隔缺损取得成功的重要保证。

Objective It summarized nursing measures of atrial septal defect （ASD） patients accepting intervention therapy by using domestic fimbria sealing device. Methods： Clinical data of 93 atrial septal defect patients treated with transcatheter sealing by using domestic Amplatzer device were analyzed retrospectively. Results： All operations of patients were successful. Patients were healed then discharged. Two cases had complicated with postoperative arrhythmia. One case had complicated with hemorrhage and another case had complicated with hypoglycemia. They had healed after proper treatment. Conclusion： To strengthen perioperative nursing care is important for successful intervention with domestic sealing device for atrial septal defect patients.
