苏西探井钻井提速技术及效果评价

Method for Improving Drilling Speed of Exploration Wells in Suxi Block and Its Effect Evaluation

为保证苏西区块天然气探井施工,提高钻井速度,分析了钻井提速的难点,介绍了目前采取的个性化PDC钻头、防塌防漏钻井液体系、优化钻具组合和钻井参数等提速技术,并对其提速效果进行了分析对比,提出了后期提速的主攻方向。

In this paper,difficulties existing in improving drilling speed of Suxi Block are analyzed in order to ensure a normal drilling in exploration wells and increase drilling speed.In addition,some technologies of improving drilling speed are also presented,including special PDC bit,anti-collapse and anti-leakage drilling-fluid system,optimized bottomhole assembly and drilling parameters.An effect of these technologies is studied and the main target offaster drilling in the future is provided too.
