摘要
为提高钻井速度,开展了水力辅助机械破岩的全尺寸室内模拟实验研究。研究表明,目前石油钻井机泵条件下水力辅助机械破岩作用明显,钻头压降的提高、冲击间距的缩小、回压的降低可显著扩大水力辅助机械破岩的效果,水力辅助机械破岩存在最优喷距,实验条件下为50mm。揭示出加强水力与机械联合破岩作用应成为今后钻头改进和钻井水力参数设计的突破方向,也说明推广欠平衡钻井技术可为充分发挥水力辅助机械破岩作用与提高钻速创造有利条件。
A full-scale simulation in lab has been carried out for hydraulic auxiliary rock breaking in order to increase drilling speed.This paper presents the experimental equipment,method and condition;and then draws up the plan of orthogonal test;at last conducts a great deal of tests for mechanical single-teeth and hydraulic auxiliary rock breaking.The results show that hydraulic auxiliary rock breaking is obviously efficient by drilling pump.This rock-breaking effect can be enhanced significantly with theraised pressure-drop of bit,shortened shock spacing and declined back pressure.Under the experimental condition,the optimal jet distance is 50 mm long.In future,strengthening hydraulic and mechanical breaking power is the purpose of bit improvement and hydraulic parameters design.Underbalanced drilling can enhance rock-breaking efficiency and also increase drilling speed.
