经皮腔内冠状动脉成形术与冠脉内支架植入术的临床应用(附16例分析)

Clinical Application of PTCA and CASI

１９９６年９月至１９９８年６月，我们对１６例冠心病患者施行经皮腔内冠脉成形术（ＰＴＣＡ）和／或冠脉支架植入术（ＣＡＳＩ）。单纯性ＰＴＣＡ５例，ＰＴＣＡ＋ＣＡＳＩ１１例，直接ＣＡＳＩ３例，扩张病变血管１５处，植入支架１４枚，完全性血运重建８例，部分血运重建７例，无死亡病例。术中严重内膜撕裂１例，做冠脉内溶栓后行冠脉搭桥术。讨论ＰＴＣＡ的优点及初步开展介入性冠脉治疗应用ＣＡＳＩ的经验。

From September 1996 to June 1998,16 patients with coronary artery desease were undergone PTCA and /or coronary angioplasty implant(CASI).The total dilated lesions were 15,5 cases by simple PTCA,11 cases by PTCA and CASI,3 cases by direct CASI.Complete revascularization was achieved in 8 patients.Imcomplete revascularization in 7 patients.No death occured.Acute vessel occlusion happened in one case.The paper discusses the advantages of PTCA and experience of application in CASI.
