迟发性多发性硬化20例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 20 Cases of Patients with Late Onset Multiple Sclerosis

多发性硬化５５岁以后发病者较为少见，该组病人通常称为迟发性多发性硬化，临床症状多不典型。本文报告２０个病例，结果提示该型以慢性起病多见，该病所特有的一些临床表现及辅助检查可对该型提供诊断线索。

Multiple sclerosis patients with first onset over 55 years old are uncommon,this type of MS is generally called lateonset MS.Its clinical symptoms are atypical.We analyse and report t20 cases of this type of MS,the results showed that its onset is frequently chronic,some of its specific clinical findings and laboratory tests would be diagnostic to this type of MS.It is helpful to apply traditional chinese medicine on its recovery phase to the prognosis.
