新型防沾皂洗剂Dolecol CLY1973在高温下发生溶胀,其分子中的—C—O基和—N—H基团可与染料形成氢键而吸附染料,从而达到防沾目的。Dolecol CLY1973的防沾效果随用量和皂洗温度的增加而提高。活性印花织物经2 g/L Dolecol CLY1973皂洗后,色牢度良好,花型清晰,手感柔软,无白地沾污。DolecolCLY1973的防沾效果优于常规防沾剂,适用于活性印花、牛仔、色织物的防沾污皂洗。

A new anti-staining agent Dolecol CLY1973 was introduced. It swells at high temperature, and can absorb dyes via hydrogen bond formed between --C--O1--N--H groups of Doclecol CLY1973 and dyes, so as to obtain anti-staining effect. The anti-staining effect was improved with the increase in dosage of Doclecol CLY1973 and soaping temperature. Reactive prints soaped with 2 g/L Dolecol CLY1973 featured good color fastness and sharpness, soft hand and no stain on ground color. Dolecol CLY1973 had better anti-staining performance than conventional anti-staining agents, and was suitable for anti-staining soaping of the reactive printings, denim and color-woven fabrics.
