我国印染助剂的发展机遇和创新途径

Opportunities and innovation ways for China's dyeing and finishing auxiliaries

阐述了当前我国印染助剂工业的发展机遇及存在的问题,指出印染助剂的发展对纺织品的新颖化、高档化、功能化、高附加值和国际市场竞争力的提高等,起着非常重要的作用;内需倍增、纺织品的结构调整和质量提升等,必然对印染助剂提出更高要求,为印染助剂的高水平发展带来新的发展机遇。化学合成技术和复配增效技术在印染助剂创新中发挥了重要作用,是印染助剂产品研发的重要手段及创新途径。介绍了目前开发的高效节能减排型创新产品,如双氧水漂白活化剂、低温染色助剂、低温皂洗剂、多功能助剂、高性能助剂、染整加工用生物酶、防泛黄助剂和新型整理剂等。

Opportunities and problems in auxiliary industry for textiles were illustrated. It was pointed out that innovations in dyeing and finishing auxiliaries played an important role for developing high value-added, functional and competitive textiles. Nowadays, chemical synthesis techniques and compound synergistic technology are major ways to innovate and expand auxilia- ry products. This paper coversed novel dyeing and finishing auxiliaries used in energy-saving and emission reduction processes, including activators for peroxide bleaching, low temperature dyeing assistants, low temperature soaping agents, multi-functional agents, enzymes for textile wet processing, anti-yellowing agents and new finishing agents.
